"Paul, we have moved back to the State of Washington from where we came four years ago. Our last days in the house were right before you guys came back to do the pipe break fix and redo the backyard system. I have no idea who has bought the home or even if it has sold as this was a corporate relo so the company purchased the house from me a while ago... I would strongly suggest that you reach out to the New Owner as I hope you keep them as a client – they will be lucky if you do! I can’t thank you enough for the speed and care you and your company took of us and our aging sprinkler system during our stay in Philly – if we stayed we would have followed Drew’s lead and replaced the guts of the system this next Spring. "This is a note of commendation for Paul Brophy of CB Irrigation Inc and his team for the design and installation of an excellent,
top of the line, in-ground irrigation system for my entire front lawn... Both sides of the front walkway, and all shrubbery next to my house.
In front, and also both sides of the front walkway. Coverage to everything is perfect. Coverage to shrubbery is designed so that only the shrubbery root systems, and lower portion of plants are covered in the spray pattern. Windows above are left 100% dry. Mr. Brophy also uses only the best commercial and industrial grade parts, plus a proven automatic control unit. When I contacted Mr. Brophy for a visit,
he arranged one very quickly. He was very thorough in his presentation, no pressure in his visit at all. Pricing was low and better than
the competition, with back-up guarantees and warranties. I signed up on the first visit, and am glad I did.

Everything has worked perfectly since the installation. Also. Mr. Brophy handled all permit application matters with the local municipal government, including design layout, and equipment list as part of his total service. Additional note, I understand Mr. Brophy has been in this specific business, residential and commercial for over 40 years. My wife and I are very satisfied customers."
